About how long...?

It's sort of a female question, but there's no real TMI details here:

About how long after your period stops do you lose the "period weight?"
I was down to 184 before I started my period, now I'm up to 189, but my period stopped last night.
I haven't been watching my calories during my period, but I have not gone crazy, so I know I didn't gain 5 real pounds.

Anyways, yeah... Do you have an idea of how long it will take before I can get an accurate number? I'm not really concerned, just curious.

For me it's anywhere from 2-5 days, all depending on my wacky body! Drink lots of water and green tea before, during and after your little visitor. That should help with the water retention.

At least a couple days IF you're drinking a lot of water. Be sure to drink more water on your period so you can get rid of the water weight quicker. This helps me. :)
