30 day shred

I have spent so much money on buying things to loose weight. I have heard good things about the 30 day shred and was hoping someone might be able to just burn me a copy so i dont have to buy one. It would really help out

    I havent done it...but based on other MFP posts.....they have lost an average of 2-5 pounds after finishing the program...however they also lost tons of inches

    I'm doing the Shred (although not quite following the "do it every day for 30 days" thing) and it's pretty awesome. I'd burn you a copy, but my computer can't rip DVDs :ohwell:

    If someone doesn't help you out before I can... I'll ask my dad when he gets home to help me burn a copy for you or something. I'm not that good with computers. :) Should be a few hours.

    I have the Shred and tried to copy it to a flashdrive so I could put it on my netbook (no DVD drive) but it's encrypted and won't copy right. Maybe someone knows how to fix this?

    I've heard alot of people post about it on here and went to wal mart the other day looking for it and it was sold out :cry:
    It was only 9 bucks though so I will keep looking.

    I'm just now going through it but it does appear to be the whole dvd. If so, I am glad because I love this workout and want to be able to do it even if I don't have access to a dvd drive or player! (I take my netbook everywhere!)

    You can find "30 Day Shred" on youtube and do the workouts from your computer.

    Exercisetv.tv has it as a download for $9.99. I am thinking of getting it but I really don't want to pay for it again as I already have the dvd. I just wish I could download the whole thing onto my netbook. I tried from the link but could only download 7 minutes of it!:ohwell:
