Have a quasi serious injury to my little toe on my right foot - really hoping its not broken :-P
but i really want to keep moving. Any suggestions for exercise i can do?
obviously weights, sit ups, etc but i'm sure there are other things i'm not thinking of.....
any help would be great

I broke my second smallest toe on my left foot last week. I couldn't walk on it for two days, but then it was mostly okay. A little bit sore, but manageable. I was back in the gym by the Monday.0

You can work your legs well with leg lifts. Here are all manner of different kinds:

check out Fitness Blender on YouTube, they have a Funtional Strength training workout for weight loss, there are some lunging exercises, but no jumping or plyo stuff. I work up a sweat and it gets my heart rate up. Good luck with your foot.0
