New to MFP

Hello, I am new to this site, heard about it through the Weight Watchers site and thought I would give it a try. I am use to counting points, not calories, so this should be interesting. I am trying to loose 5 pds in a month and tone up a bit. I have had a bit of a struggle the last few months getting back into a workout/eating healthy routine. Any suggestions/words of wisdom??

    Welcome to MFP, it works if you actually stick to it. Or, you can be like me, returning champ and then back on the rounds again. I'm here usually 3x a day and I definately give encouragement, loudly. :D

    I am right there with you. I have counted points for a couple years and lost 25-30 pounds (always fluctuates) and decided to try this approach. I would like any words of wisdom as well...lol...
