What are you stats? I need to know Im not eating too much

Options
I know I know... follow you BMR and TDEE which I am... I only have 10 pounds to lose and I feel like Ive been overeating.... I have been having serious munchies lately so I just need some comparisons:

Id like to compare-

Male or Female
Age
Height
Current weight (if you feel comfortable)
Goal weight
Number of calories you eat
Number of calories you NET
Number of calories you typically burn each day for exercise AND if you eat them back

My stats are:

Female
23
5 foot 6 inches
CW- 140
GW- 130
Typically eat around 1500-1700 per day
Typically net around 1000-1200 per day
I workout every day and try to burn 300-500 (always aiming for more than that and I use a HRM as often as I can)

Thanks everyone...

Im always looking for more friends too!!!!

Have a healthy day :)

    Set at 1750 cals
Work out 3-5 days per week, 300-500 exercise cals
I usually eat the full 1750 + most if not all exercise cals
My TDEE probably averages about 2400 cals per day for the week

Burn ~500 calories in workouts 3-4x per week, I might eat a couple hundred of those calories back if I'm hungry.

You're highly unlikely to be overeating on a net of 1000-1200 calories per day.

    My stats:
    Female, age 49
    Height 5'7"
    CW: 162
GW: 155 (will reassess there and see if I want to lose more)
    Calories I eat: 1700-2500
    Calories I net: 1600-1800
Calories burned: 300-800 (average about 3500/week)
Yes, I eat my exercise calories.

i have no idea how much i net. i don't eat back my cals either.
i workout 6x/week at an intense level but i can no longer burn more than 400cals during a workout unless i workout twice in a day which i have been doing lately. i guess after a lot of beach body programs, my fitness level is pretty good.

Number of calories you typically burn each day for exercise AND if you eat them back: I burn usually between 500-1000 calories a day when I workout. I workout about every other day both strength and cardio. Sometimes I will do a mini workout and burn 150 but those are usually on days I wouldn't typically workout. I try not to eat back many if any of the calories back because for me it just keeps me at a plateau if I do.

My calories allow for my exercise and daily activity. I workout 3-5 times a week. Currently, I'm doing 30 Day Shred for the 2nd time. This time around, I'm incorporating additional strength for legs and arms, alternating days. I'm not showing much of a scale reduction, but the inches are definitely coming down and I can see an overwhelming (for me) difference in body composition.

It's not about the calories. It's learning which foods to eat. Look for complex carbs and omega 3 fatty acids. Eat veggies a lot, fruit, and lean meat

You are netting 500 calories a day fyi. In comparison, my sisters baby eats more then you, and you are netting less then 1/2 the amount most any website will recommend as a minimum...and if you ask me only special cases should go near the thought of minimums.

Number of calories you eat - Goal is 1740 (maintenance)
Number of calories you NET - Varies, don't pay much attention to that tbh
Number of calories you typically burn each day for exercise AND if you eat them back - Today I burnt 1302 and have burnt 2069 for the week with another gym sesh to go. Use them as my deficit so don't eat them all back.

I've lost 20.5 inches and around 10lb - that's 0.5lb per inch roughly. I want to lose another 6 inches, so that takes me to around 140lb. I focus more on inches, clothes size and body fat percentage. Weight doesn't mean much. I have smaller measurements now than when I was lighter.
I have just raised my goal to maintenance and use exercise calories as my deficit, aiming to burn 1750 (half a pound) a week, but always burn more. I go to the gym 3 times a week doing 45 mins weights, 15-20 mins HIIT. Today I also did a 30 min abs class and walked my dog.

Oh wow. Should probably be seeing a doctor rather than logging your food on here...
