There are some awesome suggestions here. I add some raspberries and sugar free raspberry jam, dash of vanilla and a sprinkle of artificial sweetener (though trying to cut that out).0

Add an 1/8 cup of mini chocolate chips & chopped almonds with the coconut & you got Almond Joy Fage!
Honey and toasted pecans with a drop or two of vanilla - bakla-thin

1c. plain greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
half a banana or 1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries, defrosted

I like plain chobani yogurt in my smoothies.
Try this Pina Colada Smoothie:
1 medium frozen banana, 1/2 cup of chobani low fat plain yogurt, 1/2 cup canned pineaplle chunks (in their own juice), 4 ice cubes, green tea(about 3-4 ounces), 2 drops coconut extract, and 1 tbs ground faxseed.

Mix it with 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, a tablespoon of ground flax seed meal, a tablespoon of toasted, slivered almonds, and sweetener of your choice. Oh - and a little toasted coconut!0
