Jillian Michaels "Winning By Losing"

Have any of you tried the 12 week workout in Jillian Michael's "Winning By Losing" book? I started yesterday and am aching. I am wondering if I will lose weight with this workout (4 days/wk, run 1 day/wk). I have 15 lbs to lose. Thanks for your imput! :smile:

    I personally love Jillian and her workouts!!! I have her winning by losing book, but there is another book she has called making the cut that is specifically geared toward losing the last 10-15 pounds. That might be more helpful for you. Either way good luck on reaching your goal.
