    Awesome job! Very inspirational for me. I currently weigh 194 lbs and 5' 3". I cannot picture myself in an year to look like you do. I will be so happy even if I get to 160 lbs. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing and motivating me.

    Congratulations!!!

    Not much more, my doctor said anywhere between 130 and 140 was appropriate for my age/height/body type. I feel pretty close to a comfortable and maintainable weight. I've set my goal for 138, but I'd still like to do some toning, which may or may not affect what the scale says.

    Thanks for all of the kind words. I must admit it was a little hard to post the 'before' pic. I'm working on not cringing every time I see pics from when I was at my heaviest. I need to embrace both who I was and who I am.

You look great & this is so a motivation for me that I have just started again and been working out the past few months but now I am eating better & feeling great Ive lost some inches but not in weight so I was a little discouraged but reading this Im going to keep moving forward bc my body does feel GREAT.Thanks

    I'm glad I could inspire. I feel like the scale doesn't always reward us with dropping numbers which can be disappointing. But I feel like if we continue to do the things that we know are healthy, things eventually even out.
