Took 1 year for 100, and then my other 80 has been 6 1/2 months. Still have a ways to go, so no pics, sorry.0

First 100lbs. came off in 6 months, second 100lbs. came off in about 12 months, and the 3rd 100 lbs. came off 18 months.....
CONGRATS!!!!! You have done AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
I was hoping for 100 in a year, but it has been a slow process this time around. I have lost 57 pounds in a little over 10 months. I'd rather go slow and steady and keep the weight off. I'm hoping that I can reach a total of 75 pounds in 1 year, then I'll have about 65 more pounds to go.0

7 1/2 months. :happy:0

It took me a little over two years. I wanted to make a lifestyle change so that is why I took it so slow. I started out with diet, then I started to move. Now I am moving a lot more and eating better. I am hoping to lose another 40lbs and tone up. I hope to do that quicker since I have the hang of things now. Good luck.

Amazing. I just checked out your blog!!0 -
I could say it took me a lifetime to lose 100 pounds but in realty it took me a lifetime to get a handle on the skills needed to maintain a healthy diet and enjoy physical activity so that I could lose the 100 pounds that needed to come off my very petite frame. Consistency, work and time is what it takes. However long that time is for you is most definitely worth every minute of investment :flowerforyou:0

Had to work out what 100lbs are. So I now know I need to lose 60 of them. You guys are so inspiring. I just know I'm going to do this with people like you around me. Thanks.0

Took me a little over 2 years, but most of it (80 pounds) was in 15 months. The first year I had a big setback but then I got consistent.

I got to 100 pounds lost in September 2012, and I've been hovering around there ever since. I still have another 20-30 to lose so it's been a little frustrating to be stuck. But I'll get there!0 -
A little less than a year. I started October 20, 2011 and have lost a total of 129 so far. Need to lose 16 more to reach my goal weight.0

96 pounds in one year, still working on the last 4, well down to the last 1 pound to 100, it's been 13 months.
