perfect timing - i was just getting ready for make my kids snacks to bring to daycare for the week. these will make great mini-muffin treats0

They are. My kids love them. I make them at least once a month. I save my older bananas in the freezer. Put 3 or 4 to a zip lock bag and into the freezer then whenever you want to make the muffins just put the bag in the microwave for one minute to soften them up. Mash them up right in the bag and dump into your mixing bowl.0 -

Does Anyone know how I could jiggle the recipe to use canderel instead of sugar? My mum is diabetic and I know sometimes you need to use different quantities or they end up too sweet?

I would look up the info on the canderel and see what the substitutions would be. Most sugar substitutes will tell you on the packaging how much to use. So if the recipe calls for one cup of sugar you may only need half a cup for your sugar substitute that you're using. Try a google search. I've never heard of canderel so have no idea what you would do with that.0
