    None of the above...optimum powders taste sooo much better and they dont use hydrologized oils for the liquid...and cost half as much per serving too!

    I've never tried muscle milk powders. I use mts whey, but I usually go with the chocolate flavor.

    I love light vanilla and light chocolate flavours... they're a post-workout treat I have once or twice a month only. I tend to buy protein isolate instead (plain) and make my own drinks.

    I bought the 100 cal pre mixed stuff... and unfortunately it's gross :(

    Costco got the same back.

    I love the chocolate mint. I don't actually buy the container, I'll have one from the gym after a workout if I have a few extra calories to fill. It has too much calories for me to be a regular thing (and its expensive).
