    Aw thanks :) It took me about a year and a half but that includes falling off the wagon a few times. I just tried to stick to my calorie goal on mfp most days and walked places that I used to take the bus, that's it :D


    Since I am going through a rough patch right now, the fact that you 'fell off the wagon" a few times is really important for me to know. Also to see that you didn't over complicate the exercise. It's easy for me to get totally overwhelmed by my perceived failures on here. Thank-you. Thank-you. Thank-you!!!
