I find such motivation in seeing everyone's comparison pics. I used to hate pictures of myself, but now I am glad I have some to compare to. .. Let's all share ours, even if we haven't met our goal yet... We should celebrate how far we have come!! ....

Good job to everyone! You all look so great. Before I started trying to lose weight, things like this would not have phased me as much. I would have thought you did a good job, but I wouldn't have an understanding of how hard you must have worked. The willpower and dedication it took to get you to this point. The obstacles you had to overcome and the days you may have wanted to give up..
Two years into my own journey I've questioned why I have not lost weight. I have 100 excuses as to why I'm still at the same weight as when I started, but those won't help. I think these are the real answers: I did not try hard enough, I ate more than I thought, I exercised less than I thought, and I have not found what truly works for me.
Thanks for showing your progress. It's seeing people like you all that have done so well, that reminds me that its possible with hard work and dedication. Great job!0 -
