If you exercise and burn 250 calories are you give those clories back to consume?

    Some say you should eat those back, I've heard some say to eat half of those back. I think everyone is different and you will need to experiment with what works for you. I usually don't eat them back and have lost 21lbs in 10 weeks
  • If you are looking to lose a lb a week, then you can consume them, but if you are trying to lose weight faster, then no. Some people will consume 1/2 of what they burn off.
