If you exercise and burn 250 calories are you give those clories back to consume?

I don't like to. Unless I get hungry... Then they are like backup calories -.-0

Some say you should eat those back, I've heard some say to eat half of those back. I think everyone is different and you will need to experiment with what works for you. I usually don't eat them back and have lost 21lbs in 10 weeks0

If you are looking to lose a lb a week, then you can consume them, but if you are trying to lose weight faster, then no. Some people will consume 1/2 of what they burn off.0
