How do you update "pounds lost"?

I finally lost 2 lbs !!! After being on MFP for 11 months 2 sad stinking ponds. So I definitely want to update my ticker ! But how ? Thanks if u can help !

    Go to "Check-in" or "weigh-in" and update your weight and the ticker will automatically adjust.
