i just finished watching nascar on tivo while drinking smithwicks for st. pats...then i went to my dvr, saw NOTHING...spent 5 min looking for somthing on the guide...and was like its sunny and 65, why dont i spend the time i would watching a sitcom (22min) walking my dog enjoying the day...you should too
im heading out in 5-10, i'll be back to post what i did instead of sitting on my butt...say hi, stop reading this now, get off your butt, and come back in in a bit and say what you did too!

Thanks for the motivation!! I read your post and even though it's only about 20 degrees out here in Vermont, I put on my sneakers, bundled up and went for a jog. I jogged to the end of my road which is a mile and a new record for me and walked back! So glad I didn't just sit here reading the message boards because now I feel so much better about what I accomplished today. So, thank you!!! :happy:0

I went out and did 45 minutes of hill repeats during rain and some hail. By the time I got home the sun came out.

We got up this morning, I was expecting to be lazy, my partner had told me he wanted to code all day. By noon, all we had done was shower and play video games. As I put the controller down, he looked at me and said "do you want to for a walk?" We walked for two miles and did all except two of the stations on a fitness trail!0

i'm back, i rode my bike 2 miles to the dog park with my dog, walked aroud it about a mile, rode back, walked .5 miles to the grocery store and back for dinner, just finished cooking, and gonna do dishes and then maybe go for a jog...0
