Dark chocolate :) I don't have it every day but almost. I just discovered Theo's dark chocolate (70%) with orange! Fabulous.

I reserve a couple hundred calories for an evening snack every day. Part of my planning. I usually make a sorbet-like blend of frozen fruit, protein powder and almond milk (typically rings in around 270 calories). But on the days that I run, I allow myself to go with something a little heftier. Ice cream (usually the Breyer's lower sugar stuff...whatever that label is called). Beer. I like sippin' beers, so a good run gets me one beer with dinner and I'm OK with that.

Skinny Cow Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches...mmmmm.....150 calories and oh, so freakin' tasty! :-) Also, I really like the 90 calorie Fiber One brownies. AND, I keep a small bottle of diet rite in my fridge to take swig when the mood hits :-)

Cereal usually. I am a huge cereal fanatic. But pretty much only the bad, sugary kinds of cereal, so I have to limit myself.
Other than cereal though, I enjoy a yummy (not so good for you) smoothie and apple slices with a bit of peanut butter and a few dark chocolate chips. Yum!

I found this chocolate bar at the Italian centre which has a pistachio cream in it. OH MY WORD!

I cannot find the nutritional information anywhere. I must tread carefully . But it is SO good.

I would like to apologize now, but in the US, "Magnum" is a brand of large-sized condoms... so that also begs the question, who is Nobby?

Really, I do apologize, I must be having an off-day. Mea culpa, mea culpa.

Chocolate... could come in a piece of chocolate or a skinny cow bar, but I feel like I could die without some taste...lol especially the week before and during TOM.
