I am struggling. I want to lose weight and cut body fat percentage but of late i have just not been making the right choices for food. I have never been one to really care about clean eating. I have lost all the weight by eating whatever the heck i want in moderation, but lately i have been a bit to extreme. I need to do better. Just going through a bit of a tough little spell. Workout are going OK but i could do better with them as well. I need to do more strength training and stop worrying so much about cardio.

I know what i need to do just have to do it.
