Weightloss Issues - Positive Side of Things

1. My clothes are getting WAY too baggy.
2. After years of thinking I was destined to be big, I've realized I'm capable of anything I set my mind too.
3. My honey can't keep his hands off my new body.
4. I enjoy being in pictures.
5. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life including HS.
6. When I started walking for exercise last August I could burn over 100 calories in 10 minutes based on my HRM, now I'm lucky if I get 90.
7. My high blood pressure is GONE.
8. My resting heart rate has gone from 85-90 bpm to 65-70 bpm.

What positive changes have you seen?

    1. I wanted to fit into my old clothes now many of those are to loose, I'm wearing the size I wore in college.

    2. I can bend over to tie my shoes without holding my breath.

    3. I can do stairs while holding a conversation.

    4. I can walk all day at an amusement park and keep up with my kids.

    5. I can run faster and farther than I have ever been able to in my life including when I played football in high school

    6. I'm setting a better example for my children on how to eat and move to be healthy
