Why do I always feel guilty...

When I eat. It's like I eat something I know might not be terrible ( chicken salad) however because its not the best and if I eat it all I get so mad at myself. I used to have an eating disorder in high school, I've overcome that now. But for some reason if I don't work out or eat more than I should I beat myself up about it sometimes getting to the point I'm just angry with myself! I know this isn't healthy.... Will this feeling ever go away?

    I hope those thoughts go away for you! Whenever you find yourself thinking like that, try to replace it with positive happy thoughts. Look at how far you've come! You look amazing and you should be so proud of yourself. It's good to splurge every now and then.:)

    Take a rubber band and put it around your wrist. When you catch yourself thinking stuff like that, snap it and *stop thinking that thought*. Maybe you should see a counselor if the thoughts are persistent. If you feel that way about yourself a lot, it's sapping energy from other areas of your life.
