1 rounded scoop + 10 oz. 1% milk is a delicious post-workout treat0

Water, only way for myself.0
-
Meh. As long as it's not lumpy.0
-
Before and after workouts I use water. Skim milk for when I want to have a shake as a snack.0
-
I mix it in with my oatmeal and add fruit. Or I make a berry smoothie with peanut butter and add it in.0
-
I am using the Herbalife chocolate protein powder and I mix mine with almond milk (30 calories) and then I add peanut butter powder (22 calories). I add a little crushed ice and it is like having a chocolate/peanut butter milkshake.0
-
Blended with a cup of frozen blueberries and high protein almond milk. Makes an AWESOME smoothie!!!0
-
Making chocolate protein powder oats is amazingly good, served with fruit and some shredded coconut0
-
Water, ice, and fruit in a blender.
I have also mixed vanilla protein powder with coconut flour to make gluten-free protein cookies.0 -
Without artificial flavors and sweeteners... and no growth hormones.0

Chocolate power (sometimes strawberry) with a coconut-almond milk blend, and a teaspoon of instant coffee all blended with ice. It tastes kind of like a coffee Almond Joy. Sometimes I'll add a tablespoon or two of peanut butter if I have the calories. At that point it's basically an amazing dessert drink.0

Milk, coconut or almond milk or water depending on how I'm doing in terms of caloris/macros for the day but my most favourite way is to eat it mixed with fromage frais or greek yoghurt, usually 1 scoop (25g) in 150g fromage frais/yoghurt0

I like to mix mine into smoothies with all kinds of things but recently I had a wisdom tooth surgically extracted and realized that you can mix it into all kinds of things which on my soft food diet.
Try mixing 1 scoop protein powder, 1 TBS peanut butter and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. It's almost like pudding.
Speaking of pudding, I mixed 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder in 1 cup of butterscotch pudding and it was fantastic.0 -
Yeah I don't mix my protien with milk or any othere substitiute other than water!!! Definitely a great post work out pre bed time snack!!0

Depending on how I feel and calorie allowance for the day - water, milk, frozen yoghurt whipped into an icecream like slush. Sometimes I add milled flaxseed and coconut (dessicated) and peanut butter and cocoa powder (up to 2 teaspoons). I have also made a protein powder omelette (lotsa eggs and cooked of course) and that was quite yummy.0

Usually with 2% milk. Milk is great and if it hits my calories too hard and I have to eat more vegetables for the day that's just a win/win.
I also like it with oats, muesli, or any cereal really. I like to use hi-fibre cereals that only your grandfather eats because it tastes like cardboard... now you have a high protein, high fibre, reasonably low sugar, quick and easy "meal."0 -
I used to put it in 2 % milk but the I switched to almond/coconut milk 45 cal = 1 scoop. I use 1 cup of milk, and about 1/4 - 1/3 frozen fruit.
There was quite a bit of talk on here about coffee and what we add to it. I add milk to mine but was struggling to get in all of my protein so this morning I ordered my coffee black and put some of my vanilla protein powder in it. Not bad - it was vanilla flavor and wasn't bad. Not as "smooth and creamy" as I'm used to but hey, I can drink some of my coffee like this just to come closer to my protein number.0 -
Straight up , and with a twist.
I usually put it in organic cranberry juice.0 -

In my coffee = mocha0

I mix mine with just a little skim milk. It gets kind of thick and pasty, which makes my stomach think it's getting real food! Sounds gross, but try it!0
-
Smoothie or bust.
At least some almond milk and a banana.
Also goes sort of well in oatmeal, but not pre-sweetened oatmeal.
Next I'm gonna try mixing it into my greek yogurt.0 -
I've only used mine with vanill almond milk unsweetened. It's 30 calories per cup but my son who wrestles and is always under weight drinks his with skim milk.0
-
I use the Almond coconut milk. Low calories and much better flavor.
I do use 1 scoop of Whey protein, with 6 oz/s of the milk and 4 of water. Only drink it every other day.0 -
I like mine with Almond milk. I also add a scoop to plain Greek yogurt or Oatmeal to supercharge my breakfast.0
-
I like Forza protien powder vanilla/water0
