Going Grocery Shopping. Name the foods that you absolutely need to have in you absolutely need to have in your kitchen while on a healthy diet?
For me its almond milk, Fiber One cereal (original), eggs and whole wheat bread.

I suppose in our house it was.
Hummus, tortiall wraps, artichoke hearts, cheese, lunch meat, bread (don't care the variety), milk, eggs, ground beef, chicken, tuna, pasta, rice, potatoes, carotts, spinach, romaine, green beans, and other fresh veggies as we can afford them.0 -
Creme Brulee Coffee Mate...my one splurge. Also, peanut butter...great protein for on the go!0
