    Your progress is SO amazing! You look completely different. Thank You,Thank You, Thank You for posting this. From this day forward I will pay more attention to my measurements and less attention to the scale.

    I'm happy if this post helped one extra person step away from the scale and revisit their progress. It's true, seeing ourselves everyday doesn't allow us to notice all the changes that happen over time.

    Take pictures more often.

    Measure yourself monthly.

    Weigh yourself less.
