My name is Monica and found my fitness pal a week ago. Starting logging my meals and excerise and love the web site. My first week was a little discourging. Stayed within or under my calorie count and meet my excerise requirements, but not even 1 pound lost. Plan on sticking to this, I have a wonderful husband and son I want to be here for. I am also doing this for myself. I want to be able to look in the mirror and say WOW.

I also started last week and would like some friend’s as well. It might be that you have started gaining muscle. Some people when they are first starting out gain a little weight before it starts to drop it. Stick with it and I know that you will see results.0
