At least 1/4 of a pie. Anything less is simply unacceptable.

If it's apple pie then I would like the whole pie please
But actually I make pies all the time and generally cut them into 8 slices.

So I love key lime pie. LOVE it. But according to MFP a slice is as much as a meal I eat..

I mean whats an 'average' slice mean for you? I keep mine on the small side, not a 'thin' slice, but well a slice. I know its not always accurate on here. But what does a slice mean to you?!

    weigh. everything.

don't guess. don't do an average or normal. weigh it with a scale (preferably digital) and enter in what you eat.

I agree with 1/8th. To me, it just makes sense to cut it that way! If I make a pie at home, regardless of type or size it gets cut into 8 pieces because it's simple to do.

    While pregnant: 1/4 pie.

    Now: 1/8 pie.

    Assuming a 6-9" pie....
