I haven't tried it yet but I just found this and am definitely trying it tonight since it's a strength day!

    That move is part of the P90X program... nice to know that will help with the wavy arms!

    I'm sure that it helped.
    Losing weigh period helped! LOL.

    as soon as i read the thread title about wings... i thought someone posted a topic about .. u know ... wings! like pad wings lol

    Girls, I did a set of 10 on each side tonight. Right above my boobs are so sore. I could feel it in my back, the oblique that's in the air and my neck was getting sore.

    This is from shoulders and arms day! My fav move besides the tricep dips or whatever there called! you really feel it!

    Girls, I did a set of 10 on each side tonight. Right above my boobs are so sore. I could feel it in my back, the oblique that's in the air and my neck was getting sore.

    Make sure you are only using your arm to push you up and that you're not using your abs or neck to pull yourself up. Put all your weight on your arm that's on the floor. I made the mistake of doing it like a side crunch and it made my neck and obliques sore. But when I learned to just put all my weight on the arm and use ONLY the arms to push my weight up, that's when I saw a difference in my triceps. (wings). Yes, P90X...thanks.
