Anyone got tip son how to lose inches on Waist and Hips

Going to do Gym 2 times a week soon, would love to have tips on how to lose inches off those problem areas ...

IE: Waist and Hips .... IM sure the stomach will follow, im not huge just flabby after having two kids.

IM a Size 14/16 but am sure if those inches went from my hips i'd be a 12/14

    I have hip and butt issues, it is ALL Diet!!!! I hike and run. ONce you get to normal weight you will loose your legs and lower body.

    Cardio,cardio and more cardio.

    You can't target exact areas and the tummy area is one of the last places to go. Cardio is the very best way of getting rid of it.

    I lost 2 inches in my waist (alone) doing latin dancing, kickboxing & belly dancing. Lots of twisting and it's fun!
