calories

Okay so on here it says that I am not eating enough calories, but I have not IDEA what to eat that will pull up my calorie intake and not totally blow every other category out into space....Any suggestions?

    Yeah - eff every other category until you get a handle on your calories - THEN worry about the other categories. Try peanut butter, nuts, avocado, beans, rice, lentils, these are a few off the top of my head.
