Vitamin suggestions?

What vitamins do you recommend to take daily? Currently I take Womens Vitafusion gummy 2 every morning.

    I take the One a Day Energy. It has B vitamins and D vitamins (which many don't have and I'm chronically vit D deficient so it's important to me) it also has iron and a bunch of other stuff.

    Personally I take Zinc, Vitamin D (I rarely see sunlight haha), a generic multivitamin, and 3 tabs of fish oil. After starting to take the fish oil and Vitamin D, I noticed a drastic increase in my mood and energy. Definitely recommend!

    The only things I take daily is a B50 vitamin, probiotic and omega.

    I prefer to get my vitamins and minerals from real food as opposed to a pill. I only take another vitamin if I am short on something however I try to get it from food instad if possible.

    Up&Up (Target Brand) multivitamin gummies and calcium chews. Target has the most inexpensive vitamins of any place I have ever found. It can be up to half the price of name brands or even other generics!

    I thought about taking fish oil I do eat a lot of fish and sushi though, so I wasn't sure if I should.
    Personally I take Zinc, Vitamin D (I rarely see sunlight haha), a generic multivitamin, and 3 tabs of fish oil. After starting to take the fish oil and Vitamin D, I noticed a drastic increase in my mood and energy. Definitely recommend!

    If you don't eat it every single day, you should probably supplement it. There's tons of benefits.

    I took a high dose of fish oil for a couple of months with no noticeable change. Thinking about taking Berocca daily now though, that has Vit B, Vit C calcium, magnesium and zinc. All in one pill.
