Back on the TreadClimber again

After 2 months off with a severe leg muscle injury (jumped away from a frog! of all things!!) I'm back on my Treadclimber. Did 40 minutes this morning - burned 235 calories. Mixed it with some resistance training for a total of 1 hour, burning 435 calories total work out. I feel good......... I :heart: my treadclimber!
