    If I'm not going for low calories but need a decent snack that has some staying power, I'll take a handful of almonds, or a chunk of creamed coconut.

    I'm big into fruit lately so some grapes, a banana, or maybe a yogurt. I also love low-fat string cheese - I think they're about 60 calories. And pickles!

    Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt- 80 cals (I feel like I'm posting about this stuff on every thread haha I just love it)

    Popcorn is good for a low-cal snack but it is lacking nutrients. I tend to look more at getting nutrients than what the calories of the food are.
