some day I hope to puke on leg day, I feel like a pansy since I haven't0

I reckon it is worse for guys cause women tend to wear high heels, which is a semi leg day itself.0

rolling out on foam rollers saves my butt (or legs lol) I do a 20 minute rolling stretching routine before my daily workouts and i am rarely sore...0

super sore.... my lord... though it has been almost over a year of working out in the gym, legs are always my hardest....
seeing these big gorilla looking mofos at the gym, they mostly have skinny legs...
so uneven.. but i guess its because they hate leg day...
im not stopping but its funny how the soreness probably discourages many to work out the legs
what say you..
Whenever I see those guys I laugh, because I see someone who lifts for vanity and not to actually get stronger.
And remember, pain is weakness leaving the body. Carry on!0 -
After a few weeks you stop getting sore. Just keep pushing through it and it'll get better.

Anyone ever pushed it so hard on leg day that when you walked down stairs your legs gave out a little bit on you?
That's when you know you pushed it hard.
That and puking.0 -

I haven't yet either but am always close. I love it.0 -
If you don't want doms just do legs more frequently or make your consumption of food and minerals more efficient.0
-
i never puked but almost passed out after doing 1 Rep max with 900 on the leg press. The best is trying to sit down or getting up from the toilet when DOMS sets in on your legs.0

I think they are allergic to leg day! LOL0

Leg day is my favorite. The muscle soreness lets me know I did a great job at the gym.
^^^ my thoughts exactly0 -
I freakin' love leg day!! Squats & deadlifts are by far my favorite things to do :-)0

Ya I hate leg day. I have to go in tomorrow for that. The thing is, you have to walk around everyday but you can avoid (sort of) things like bending over too much (unless you have a super physical job) or minimize some of you activity to give your other body parts a rest.
Leg day isn't for wimps that's for sure0 -
I used to love leg day. I'm on week 2 of Strong Lifts now though and so, so, so proud that I dead-lifted 105# last Sunday. :bigsmile:0
