    Hi, I'm very new to this site, I've had it and don't really understand it. I'm in the UK too and want to lose around 20lbs.

    I would love to join but not really possible for me to weigh in during the middle of the week. I do it Saturday morning at the Y. I only have a wii scale at home and weigh for the fun of it a couple times a week but not for official weigh ins.

    Can I join too. I really struggle I am on 1200 calories and use 400 for skimmed milk as I drink a lot lof coffee. l Weekend are also the bad time for me as I treat myself to some wine on Friday and Saturday night. Will weigh in on Wednesdays same as everyone else and try to log in every day. l am from England 59 years old (but young in mind still think I am 21) and have over a stone to lose to get back to a reasonable weight. I lam 5 ft 3 inches and at present 10st 7lb. Anyone have any good menus for snacks, lunch and dinner that would be helpful tend to eat salads or soup for lunch with fruit (did not realise how many calories in fruit there were) and meat and veg for tea but I am soo hungry in the evening. Have not been away for 5 years and as I am 60 this year going to Turkey in July and kAustralia in October and want to llook and feel good in swimsuit Good luck all
