So last week I lost nothing, so I was feeling quite down.
So I made a progress pic to see if theres been any physical change since when I started, to try to get me motivated again, this is what I came up with -

I'm pretty proud of this given the time frame and cheating sometimes :)

Still got a long way to go, 16 pounds to go!!

Great progress so far! It helps to take before/after pictures doesn't it?

awww yeah, so glad I did! I would have probably gone off the diet if I went on the scales alone! :)

your before pics look just like how I am right now. I feel stuck and frustrated. Can you share what you did in the form of exercise?

sure I did as much as I could of a workout dvd (Davina's one is my fav!) plus that paired with a walk to and from college 3 days a week (a mile up a steep hill) including stairs etc, it wasn't too hectic, I decided to make the smaller changes like get stairs instead of escalator and it all added up! :)

it was mainly the eating I worked on, mainly cutting out junk food which I was binging on and snacking late at night.

    Hope this helps x
