So last week I lost nothing, so I was feeling quite down.
So I made a progress pic to see if theres been any physical change since when I started, to try to get me motivated again, this is what I came up with -

Still got a long way to go, 16 pounds to go!!

sure I did as much as I could of a workout dvd (Davina's one is my fav!) plus that paired with a walk to and from college 3 days a week (a mile up a steep hill) including stairs etc, it wasn't too hectic, I decided to make the smaller changes like get stairs instead of escalator and it all added up!
it was mainly the eating I worked on, mainly cutting out junk food which I was binging on and snacking late at night.
