Thanks to MFP I've lost 22 lbs relativily easy. but recently MFP recalculated my calorie intake down to 1250. Now It seems my intake is consistantly over by a few calories on average. Whats the point of MFP downsizing my calorie intake if I'm loosing weight steadily?

MFP decreases your allowance because smaller bodies burn less calories. But 1250 does sound low. Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE?0

I agree. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. I'm guessing 1250 is way below your BMR, which is the amount of calories your body needs just to keep you alive. Calculate you daily calories at the scooby website: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/0

If you we're losing fine before you can change your daily allowance back by going into goals and changing the figure manually. If your weight loss slows then drop slowly until you're losing what you want to lose.0
