I started logging what I eat Feb. 25, 2013 after a co-worker was telling me she uses MFP and I looked into it and loved it! I have quite a bit of weight to lose (~200 pounds). I'm not exactly sure what I weigh as I haven't weighed myself since October 2012. I have been overweight as long as I can remember and have tried just about every diet in the book without much success (and obviously never any long term success) but I'm determined to stick to this!
