1/4 Cup? Rookie.
Agreed. I'll eat a whole jar no problem.0 -
I love peanut butter and could easily eat an entire jar. So I don't buy it, it sucks but that's the only way I won't eat it.
I have recently discovered PB2 though, and while its not the same, it is a damn good lower calorie substitute, especially if its mixed in with a beautifully thick, non fat Greek yogurt.
I find I still binge on PB2, but at least it's lower calorie.0 -
(2 ingredients, peanuts and salt)
All natural is not peanuts and salt. It is just peanuts. I love Trader Joe's crunchy. But I digress.
The only solution may be to give it up. What you have identified is a binge food and those food items are usually not safe in the house. Your peanut butter eating habits have confirmed this. Sadly, I too have this problem and occasionally I can stick to 2 tablespoons a day. I measure religiously. Who am I to believe? The level tablespoon or my lying eyes!!!! When I can't stick to my allotment, I do without for about two weeks and then try it again.
Salt is both natural and a necessary part of ones diet.0
