need to lose 20lbs

Im new to this and im trying to lose 20. It would be great to get some advice and tips! Any help would be great!

    Have you looked at doing the 30 day shred? It's really popular and a GREAT workout.....AND it's only 20 minutes :) You have to work for it, but it's worth it!

    First thing is to look at what and how much you're eating. Start tracking everything you eat. Figure out how manycalories you should be eating a day to maintain, then cut that by 20% to create a deficit. 30DS is a decent workout, but I wouldn't recommend going from no exercise to that. Start slow. Going balls to the wall out of the gate has a tendency to lead to burn out and/or injury. Look into a good, solid lifting program and find some cardio you like, just remember weight loss is 80% nutrition. You cannot outtrain a bad diet.
