I have been monitoring with MFP for a few months and have not lost any weight (for personal reasons not the program). I suggest keeping up with it each day, it helps you realize where you are hurting yourself and helps you make a true lifestyle change. I am still working at it and now know where I was not doing so great in my diet. Good luck to you.0
