Five Minute Work Out

We all have those excuses that we have no time to work out. Well here is a five minute work out just for those days.

30 seconds - Pushups
1 minute - Jumping Jacks
1 minute - Downward Dog to Plank (Alternate every 10 seconds.)
1 minute - Jumping Jacks
30 seconds - Pushups
1 minute - Alternating Lunges

There...now no excuses.
