I was taking One A Day Vitacraves before starting my journey then realizing they have useless carbohydrates in them I switched to a prenatal (as my doctor suggested) NEW CHAPTER perfect prenatal multivitamin. It's found at health food stores and is non-gmo. I had a rough first day realizing that a serving size is 3 and they are a big pill from what I'm use to taking but I got use to them and can chug them right down with a big gulp of water each every morn.

Currently looking into a vit D supplement since Oregon refuses to have any sun! :D

I take a mutil-vit with iron, cod liver oil and magnesium. I have stiff joints and tight muscles so cod liver oil and magnesium 'should' help with this.

I've read almost everywhere that most vitamins and supplements don't result in any medical advantage though, although they obviously do no harm, confusing!

I take fish oil for Omega 3, because I don't eat seafood. Other than that, I try to eat a balanced diet and get what I need from food. I'm due to go back to my doctor to get the results of recent blood work. I'm curious to find out how I've been doing and if there's anything I need to add.

I take my morning med Omeprazole 20mg, and I take a Centrum Silver Ultra Womens multi vitamin,1000 mg Odorless Garlic,Green Coffee Bean Extract,Liquid Health Raspberry Ketone, Then before bed I take 120mg of Verapamil cuz I used to get electric shock like migraine headaches and that one helps with that. I have Sumatriptan for bad Migraine days but don't have to take that very often.
