Goat balls
ouuuuu...go on..
It was for a 'Fear Factor' competition. The second round was eating a plate full of weird stuff. Goat balls was one of the items. There was also a block of cow blood, chicken feet and livers. I cant remember what else. Everyone seems to think the goal balls was the weirdest one though. And I it past that round, but lost in the 3rd round. Winner got a pizza lol.0 -

To answer the question; a durian tastes sort of like pineapple and passion fruit custard. The problem is, it smells STRONGLY of rotten meat.0

Shark (soooo yummy!!!)
Pringles with Lucas (Mexican candy that's basically chili powder, salt, sugar, and citric acid)
And actually not strange, but sounds strange at first: Bacon chocolate. Delish!
There were also a few dishes I had in Hungary that I honestly had no idea what was in them. I'm pretty sure one of them was a casserole made with chicken liver and poppy seeds.0 -
Cockroaches. Spiders. Scorpions. Dog. Guinea pig. Fermented mares milk with blood. And all sorts of random animal parts (eyes, tongues etc.).
You can probably guess that I travel overseas a lot and get stuck with no other option but to eat things that I would never ordinarily eat in a million years otherwise.0 -
Quail egg at a sushi restaurant. Came out in a shot glass soaked in some very bitter juice.0

Fried seaweed
Fried seaweed is yummy. I had it once in a Chinese restaurant in London.
Add to my list: back pudding (made with beef blood) in Scotland, and shark's fin soup, which I rarely admit now that I realize that sharks are an endangered species because of its popularity, at a Chinese wedding banquet in NYC in 1979.0 -
