Baked apples in a bag.
I just made this recipe using a Granny Smith apple. Poured it over 1/2 a cup of oatmeal, yum! It's super easy and quick, took me a whole 3 minutes. 2 mins to cook and 1 minute to cut the apple and add the ingredients.

Are you saying I ate a normal apple earlier for no reason!?
Tomorrow's dessert will be this on top of some vanilla frozen yogurt!0 -
I think I just drooled a little bit. It's been way too long since I've had apples. I gotta try this.0

Yum. Too bad the apples don't peel themselves, then it would be the PERFECT snack!0

Just cut up your apple and microwave with some cinnamon in your oatmeal bowl before adding your oats/water/milk/chia etc???
Same thing. One less ziploc bag.0 -
Tried it. I had gala apples in the fridge, and it ended up too sweet with a full packet of splenda, but was really good otherwise, and a great way to use up a slightly bruised apple. I'll try it with half a packet next time. I was thinking if I topped it with a small amount of granola, it would be just like apple crisp!0
