    for those that have asked a few questions...

    how long has it taken me to get to this point?....it will be three years in September this year but its never been about losing Xlbs in Y months...i stopped living like a fat person and the weight loss has been taking care of itself...

    what kind of exercise do i do?...i started at Curves and lost 90lbs there before switching to a real gym. i do a combination of cardio and strength training...Body Pump three times a week (i lift heavy, more than the group fitness instructor in most cases) and cardio four to five times a week...

    as for my skin...perhaps cause ive exercised from the beginning i dont have a lot of loose skin, my problem area is my stomach but its a work in progress still and i see changes going in the right direction. plus its amazing with the right clothes can do for one's body... :)
