MFP Two Year Anniversary

So it's been two years since I've been on MFP. I started out weighing 198 pounds. I've lost 72 pounds since March 2011 and kept it off. I only started with just counting my calories. As time progressed, I changed the things that I was eating. I've recently gotten into clean eating and boy does it feel good. I have a passion for this healthy/fit lifestyle, and I can't wait to see my body years from now. Now to the good important stuff, pictures. I've been lifting weights for a year now, and I'm in love with them. Okay enough chatting now.
The picture to the left is my starting weight. The picture to the right is before lifting weights.
Of course this is a year after weight lifting

Incredible!! Excellent work! Were you hiding a very muscular physique underneath or have you been trying to build muscle mass? Do you mind sharing your workout regimen?0 -

I think it was hiding underneath. I do plan to build more muscle mass one day, and I know I'd have to eat at calorie surplus. I currently do upper body two days, lower body two days, and 2 days of cardio.0 -
