Getting on my Computrainer in a few minutes for a 56 mile ride.0

I will be doing some serious cardio a little bit later. I'm doing my workout later today, because I have plans this morning. But, yup!! I'll be gymin' it for sure today!0

i have p90x shoulders, chest, triceps for 56 mins and ab ripper x for 16 mins. then i'll be either spinning for 1 hr or waiting til this evening and lifting weights. should burn a couple calories anyways.0

Body Pump at 8:30 followed by C25K w4d1 which I will have to do inside today since we are having storms all day.0

Yoga at 9am - 10:30, then
bodyweight exercises: Pullups, Diamond Push-ups and Pistol Squats at home
tonight: working on improving handstands
so yeah - working it today.0 -
