I take it after dinner & have had no issue.0

It's just a caffeine pill.
In fact most diet pills are just caffeine pills, so know that going in.
Some contain acai berry, algae, gava root and a host of other exotic sounding ingredients, but the one thing they all have in common is lots and lots of caffeine.
What a coincidence!
Here's the real deal. There are no shortcuts. There is no magic pill. If you take caffeine, you'll see some results until your body down regulates the effects, and then you must increase the dosage. And on and on...
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
And feel free to try it for yourself. Maybe your experience will be different.
Good Luck :drinker:
It is NOT a diet pill...it's a multivitamin that has green tea extract and caffeine in it but not a diet pill! It has as much caffeine as a 6oz cup of coffee...not like it's Vivarin or No Doz....and it could be the biotin in it causing digestive upset. I used to take this vitamin and took it with my breakfast and never had a problem...0 -
I take these daily, usually around morning snack time.
I did take it once on an empty stomach so that may explain why my stomach didn't feel so well after.0 -
I've been taking it for years.... and I love it. It not only gives me energy, but somehow keels out my mood....0

One thing you should all keep in mind is read the nutrition labels. Your body does not need more than 100% of anything. If most of the vitamins are over 100% for one pill, you should probably change the multivitamin. If you are getting over 100% you body cannot properly process all of it. You could develop health issues due to too much vitamins or possibly damage your kidneys. Along the same line, you should also drink plenty of water to make your kidneys' job easier.
I know this is not exactly what you were asking for, but I figure any information regarding the topic might help.0 -

It contains caffeine and Guarana - does anybody read?
If you want caffeine, save your money and drink some coffee...:laugh:0 -
I ate right before and still experienced SEVERE nausea. Had to stop0

I take this as a daily multivitamin, I do not use it as a diet pill, I don't expect a pill to increase my metabolism. But the caffiene does give me a boost of energy in the morning. I haven't had any issues with nausea taking the pill either before or after breakfast.0

SO WHAT?? I know what's in it, but caffeine does not make it a diet pill. That's why it's called METABOLISM, so give a bit of energy. Which i need with 3 kids. I mainly take it as a vitamin just in case i don't get what i need from my food.
So, stop judging people. Thanks!0 -
Certain brands of vitamins make me nauseous. Especially if taken without food. I went to a Reproductive specialist a few days ago and had to list any vitamins or supplements I was taking and she said not to take any vitamins. It's better to get the various nutrients straight from the food source itself rather than just taking "stuff", as she called vitamins.0

Wow...you actually said that...    :laugh:0 -
I have taken them and never had any side effects. However I have quit taking them and now I take nothing more then Prenatal vitamins, I'm not pregnant I just know they are great for women, pregnant or not.0

Sorry if too much info - but about 5 minutes after taking this I threw it up....it did not sit well in my stomach - I had even ate before too so its not like it was because i took it on an empty stomach.0
-
It always upset my stomach in the morning, but I do think I had some success taking it with dinner or later in the day (minus the forgetting to take it).
I wouldn't consider it a diet pill, they also make One-a-Day Energy, which is the same thing, a multivitamin with caffeine. Same pill, different marketing. If you're going to take a supplement I don't think it really matters what the name is, just read the ingredients.0 -
I take the vitafusion women's bone and metabolism support, which is similar I think (except mine are gummies...cause they're fun and I actually want to take them). I didn't even notice the "metabolism" part when I bought it, I just figured it was generic gummies. I don't think the vitafusion ones have caffeine though. I also have to take extra vitamin D, Iron, and Calcium due to medications/deficiency problems.0

It has too much Niacin/Vitamin A/Caffeine in it.
That's what will make you sick.
The iron won't do it, unless it has 100% of the RDA.
I think it only has 18%.0 -
I take them with food and I have yet to feel sick, but I am wondering are they working so far I really cant tell. Are there any other vitamins suggested??

I don't get nausea from taking these but I do notice that my heart beats a lot faster & I feel very jittery. I'm sure it's from the caffeine but it's not a side effect I enjoy.0
