what to do next

I have finished JM 30 DS twice. Ripped in 30 once upto level 3. Never did week 4. I also did JM body rev upto workout 9. Didn't do 9-12..just getting bored of Jillian now although I love her workouts. I am 4'9" 111 lbs. The last 5 lbs that I want to lose just aren't coming off. Mostly my waist, belly and arms. My butt and boobs are gone. No more facial fat either. I have stalled in wt. and measurements for 6 weeks now. I take in about 1200-1400 cal. on most days. I also do 15-20 min. on the elliptical on most days. My question is what should I do next? I keep reading and seeing Insanity, turbofire, P90x but don't know which to try. Any suggestion? I would really appreciate it.

    I did p90x after Jillian and felt that it was a good next step. I'm doing New Rules of Lifting now and really like it. Good luck!

    The trainer's name is Zuzana (nickname Zuzka). I recommend buying the DVDs if you want a nice structure (it's only $15/ 3 DVDs, a 3-month program) OR just follow along with the free workouts on her site which are just as great. She's inspiring, strong, and friendly. Good luck!

    those videos are cardio/conditioning

    strength training is a different thing altogether.

    Definitely ^^THIS^^ I did 30 DS and stopped before the end to move to strength training and have never looked back.

    not really, no. it's not really something that can be done as a video.
