30 day shred

How does 30 day shred work? Do you need to use weights? Isit a strict diet? Extreme exercising? I've tried to find out but I'm just being taken to amazon :(

    I'm about halfway through the 30 day shred right now. You just need the DVD and some hand weights. I use 3 or 5 lb. I don't follow any specific diet other than just sticking with my calorie goal.

    Edit: The whole workout is under 30 minutes. There are three different levels that you are supposed to work through. It is circuit style, so you do 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minutes of abs three times + a short warm up and cool down.
