30 day shred

How does 30 day shred work? Do you need to use weights? Isit a strict diet? Extreme exercising? I've tried to find out but I'm just being taken to amazon

I'm about halfway through the 30 day shred right now. You just need the DVD and some hand weights. I use 3 or 5 lb. I don't follow any specific diet other than just sticking with my calorie goal.
Edit: The whole workout is under 30 minutes. There are three different levels that you are supposed to work through. It is circuit style, so you do 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minutes of abs three times + a short warm up and cool down.0 -
