Okay, so I'm doing so well on my calories but I keep going negative for my sugar. I have cut down my sugar so much. The only thing that has sugar that allow myself is three teaspoons of sugar in my coffee which is only 13g . All the other sugar is coming from fruit or in my low fat pudding or apple sauce. I don't eat candy or cookies or anything like that. Now my question is, is sugar easy to burn off? and if it is should I not worry about the sugar part as long as my calories are good. How much does sugar make an impact on my wieght loss? I know sugar is not good for you but, what if its natural sugars from fruit? I am big on sweets but have done good on cutting them out of my diet but I still go negative and I don't know if I should make a big deal out of it or just keep doing what I'm doing. please help!

The way I see it, if its natural Sugar, eat up. I wouldn't even track it.
Sugars in everything. Just stay under your Calorie Goal for the day, and you should be fine.0 -
I know, I always go over, but at least I aint on the level I was before I did MFP. Maybe try cutting the teaspoons in coffee to 2. That is the amount I go for, and I just do one cup a day. If you use a smaller coffee cup, then you can use less sugar because you have less liquid to sweeten. Or substitute coffee for sugar-free cocoa. I know that I always drink crystal light, water or diet, sugar free green tea. I do a lot of fruits and smoothies too, which tends to make me go over my sugar as well.0

I also recommend reducing the sugar in your coffee, just a bit at a time. And could you have regular pudding instead? Low fats often have more sugar. Do check your kind of pudding to be sure. Also could you not have the pudding? Or make some your self with better ratio of incredients?
Also going over some, who cares?0 -
Thanks for all of the advice I will reduce my sugar to 2 teaspoons and the pudding can be rid of, but sugar is in everything... and Although I know I am doing much better then I normally do (I have a huge sweet tooth)... theres some things i can't go with out and thats sugar in my coffee lol but as for the fruit..I can't see those types of sugars being bad. Thanks for the input!!!0
